Your counselling journey is important, and I’m here to make the process feel clear, supportive, and comfortable.

Online and in-person sessions.

Counselling Session

Introductory Session

I offer a complimentary 20-minute introductory session by phone or online, providing a welcoming space for us to connect, discuss your needs, and explore how I may support you.

Standard counselling sessions are 60 minutes in duration. Should you choose to continue counselling, each session will become part of your ongoing therapeutic process.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that unexpected changes can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may incur the full session fee; however, consideration may be given in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

Individual Therapy

60-minute therapy session: $170 (inc. GST)

4-session package (60 minutes each): $150 per session (inc. GST)

Couples Therapy

60-minute therapy session: $270 (inc. GST)

Family Therapy

60-minute therapy session: $350 (inc. GST)

Children Age(5-12) & Teenagers Age (13-19)

60-minute therapy session: $170 (inc. GST)

4-session package (60 minutes each): $150 per session (inc. GST)

  • Payment options available: EFT, PayPal, PayPal Pay in 4, credit card

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your selected date and time

  • PayPal & credit card payments incur a 2.5% surcharge fee

  • Instalment payment options are also available.

What should I expect during my first session?

Each therapy session typically lasts about 50 minutes, providing ample time to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe environment.

Is online therapy available?

Yes, we offer online therapy sessions for your convenience, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your home.
